Some materials are not only observed.
They are taken somewhere.
Into the sea.
Into abandoned mines.
Into caves where time works differently.
There they are exposed to corrosion, pressure, salt and darkness — not as experiments, but as part of an ongoing artistic process.
The traces of these environments do not disappear when the material returns.
They remain. From time to time, fragments of this process will leave the studio and become objects.
Not products.
Artifacts.
Each piece carries the marks of the environments where it once existed — and the story of the expedition that brought it back. Artifact editions will be released in strictly limited numbers.
